Much loved husband of Ceri, caring dad to Maria, Paula and Robert, a dear son of Oscar and the late Isabel, stepson of Marjorie, and caring brother to Helen and David. Funeral service to be held on Monday October 16th at 1.30pm, St.Merryn Parish Church, near Padstow. No flowers, but donations to Greenpeace / R.N.L.I. can be sent to R.J.Bray & Son, Funeral Directors, Bridge End, Wadebridge, Cornwall. PL27 6BX.

My deepest condolences to Richard's family, I was an old friend from 30 years ago who met Richard in Florida when he was on the HMS Hydra, he left a lasting impression on me and I will never forget him, I was so glad to read that he was a husband and father, I always knew he would make a fabulous Dad! He had a sense of humour like no other and was a beautiful person, I am so sorry he was taken so soon.
